I most recently served as EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Parexel, a dynamic and world-class CRO. I joined Parexel to help to build and accelerate a great global brand. I am proud that over a period of three years in role I was able to lead a successful brand transformation leading to the sale to EQT and Goldman Sachs. After the sale I decided to return to my consulting business which has served over 40 customers since 2010.
My commercial background started in big pharma in sales and marketing leadership roles in Europe. I expanded my strategic marketing and brand experience and capabilities by joining P&G and leading healthcare brands, before joining Quintiles (now IQVIA). This path led me on an incredible leadership journey spanning many exciting companies and strategic and brand challenges. My resume tells the story.
